Nancy Taussig
Senior Advisor for Global Philanthropy, Save the Children International
Nancy Arnot Taussig is currently the Senior Advisor for Global Philanthropy at Save the Children International. In this role, she works with members across 20 countries providing strategic planning and guidance in developing private revenue.
Prior to this work, Nancy has served in a number of roles at Save the Children US including The Executive Director, Promise of Childhood Campaign - the organization's $120M centennial campaign; Chief Development Officer- overseeing a team of 200 professionals with a revenue of over $300M; and Associate VP, Strategic Foundation Partnerships.
Prior to her career at Save the Children, Nancy was at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company overseeing their corporate philanthropic giving and has more than 10 years in pharmaceutical and healthcare public relations. A graduate of the Catholic University of America, with a B.S. in Nursing, she was also a registered nurse.
Nancy is married with four young adult children and a new grandson. She lives in New York and Vermont and is an avid cyclist, hiker, skier, golf and tennis player. She is currently on the Board of Advisors at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University; and an advisor to Backcountry Medical Guides, Bellingham, Washington; and Tatirano Social Enterprise in Madagascar.
