Audrey joined Right To Play in October, 2015. She strongly believes that successful organisations are those that make a lasting impact on people's lives (both employees and the communities we serve) and views RTP mandate and relevance from this perspective
She obtained early HR generalist experience working with global research, development and consulting firms like Chemonics International and Abt Associates as Operations and HR Manager.
This experience propelled her into a regional role in 2012 with ICCO Cooperation where she served as their first ever Regional HR Advisor. During this time, she designed salary scales and developed employee benefits packages for both national and expatriate staff, developed risk and compliance management strategies, aligned performance management with organisational priorities and supported managers to build self-driven teams through intervision. Her contributions were well received and quickly adopted by the other 6 regional offices.
Audrey is a winner of the RTP Global Integrity Award (2020), most Resilient Team Member (RTP Africa Regional Office)Award and she received Special Recognition from the former RTP CEO for co-leading closure of two Country Offices within 4 months without any litigation.
Audrey has a Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management and is a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) - Senior Certified Professional.
