Zoe is a monitoring, evaluation research and learning team leader with a track record of delivering and designing innovative digital MEL projects and products, particularly with women and girls. Over the last decade she has trained and worked with 500+ peer researchers in Africa, Asia, USA and the UK and established the UK’s first national peer researcher network. Zoe is passionate believer in the power of play and participation in transforming learning outcomes for young people. Prior to joining Right to Play she held roles at Girl Effect, Save the Children and Theatre for a Change, Malawi.
